The most lovely place to stay in Nikko - not far from the centre, cute, amazing food, and the sweetest hostess.... Thanks so much!

The owner is a very nice woman, she's so kind. It's a very beautiful traditional Japanese place, a bit lost in the forest: you have to walk 20 minutes from the JR station (and take some time to ask people to show you how to go there). It's also far from the temples (about 40 mn by foot), but you can walk to the bus station (20 mn) and take the bus to go to the temples. The room was large and very nice, the baths too (traditional one). We regret that we didn't take the breakfast and dinner, because in the room's notebook, lots of people say it's stupendous. If we come back to Nikko, we'll surely come again here. The owner even drove us back to the station the morning after.
